RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Eligible Returns:
We accept returns for the following reasons:
  • Products that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
  • Products that are tampered with or have broken seals upon delivery.
  • Expired products.

Return Requirements:

  •  To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
  •  Contact us at care@milletleaf.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Upon approval, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Once we receive your returned items, we’ll inspect them and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within refunded within 3 working days.
    Order Cancellations:
  • We accept order cancellations only if the product hasn’t been shipped yet. If your cancellation is
    accepted, you’ll receive a full refund.

Damages & Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
