Ingredients

  1. Rinse the sorghum flakes in a colander. Let them sit for 5 minutes to soften
    slightly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add peanuts and sauté until lightly browned.
  3.  Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder, onions, and green chilies. Sauté until the
    onions become translucent.
  5.  Add the soaked sorghum flakes and salt. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sorghum flakes are heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
